LostPet.ai™ provides an AI-powered platform to help pet owners locate lost pets by searching shelter databases and comparing pet photos using artificial intelligence. The Service is currently in beta and serves Northeast Pennsylvania and Central Florida regions.

3. Free and Paid Use

• Users receive 2 free nose print searches per day
• Unlimited searches are available through a paid subscription
• Search results are provided for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee that your pet will be found

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when registering a pet
• You may only upload photos you own or have rights to use
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• You are responsible for verifying any match before contacting a shelter

5. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

LostPet.ai™ uses artificial intelligence for pet photo matching. AI results are not guaranteed to be accurate. Match scores are estimates only. Always verify any potential match in person with the shelter. We are not responsible for incorrect matches or missed matches.

6. Third-Party Shelter Data

Shelter listings are sourced from third-party databases including RescueGroups.org and Adopt-a-Pet.com. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of shelter data. Always contact the shelter directly to verify an animal's availability.

7. Intellectual Property

LostPet.ai™, PetsOnBoard.com, and all associated logos, content, and software are trademarks and copyrighted works of JADonnelly.com. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

JADonnelly.com, LostPet.ai™, and PetsOnBoard.com are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failure to locate a lost pet.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
